We are pleased to offer excellent service and added value to our customers. We offer free shipping from our warehouses in Asia via EMS and in the United States via USPS.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Maison Rare is not responsible if an incorrect address was provided during the ordering process. Please ensure that your shipping and billing address is correct.
If we make a mistake, we take full responsibility at no extra cost.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival.

DO THE ITEMS ARRIVE IN A PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items may also be shipped separately, even if they were ordered together.
