Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been paid for and you need to modify or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we'll provide you with a return address and a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

No refund will be given if:
Your order is not arriving due to factors that are within your control (e.g. Incorrect delivery address).
